FAQ

Where are you located?

Delaware, US

Is every thing hand made?

Yes and no. Obvious things like plushies, bandanas, stickers, prints, t-shirts, and tote bags are all handmade.

However, things like our acrylic keychains, sticker books, magnets, and enamel pins are not hand made but rather made by two manufacturers GS-JJ and Vograce.

However, the artwork for these pieces is ALL designed by hand by me in-house.

Do you do customes?

Yes! Customs can be found on our Etsy page! We do custom colors for our embroidered patches and Custom patches.

Do you offer commissions?

Yes! I do offer commissions over on my Ko-Fi!

I have allergies and medical concerns?

Our studio is smoke-free. We do, however, have shedding animals. Our animals are not allowed inside our workroom; however, contamination still happens.

Please keep this in mind when ordering from us. Order at your own risk, especially if your allergies are severe.

Order FAQ

Why is my order taking so long?

Your order may take a while to ship out due to weather, holidays, postal strikes, and the fact that I am the only person behind the scenes.

It takes me a bit to get all orders made and packed.

However, I aim for the end-of-the-week ship-outs. If your order seems it is taking longer, don't hesitate to get in touch with me over on etsy. Or through here!

How do i see my order progress?

Progress reports for order is posted over on my Instagram and Ko-fi.

My package arrived damaged!

Please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to fix things. If an item arrives damaged, please include detailed photos of the item that clearly show the damage, as well as pictures of the shipping package and label.

This isnt what I ordered!

Please email us at mooncakescharms@gmail.com or contact us here! With your order number and issue. We will then either request you send us the item back and issue a refund (minus shipping costs) or send you a replacement.

Commissions and customs

Do you make custom patches?

Yes! We do make custom patches. We have two categorized custom colors and custom designs.

Custom color patches are patches that have already been designed, but can have certain parts of the design colors changed to their liking, including stripes!

Custom-designed patches are different from custom colors. These patches are completely made from scratch using the customer's design! If you are interested in a custom patch, please see our information about custom designs!

What about art commissions?

Yes, I am taking art commissions over on my ko-Fi. However, please note that I am mostly a storybook illustrator.

My art style is very chunky and cute. Please see our Ko-Fi page about rules, DOs, and Don'ts for our commissions.
